Warm your cockles in our beautifully handcrafted sauna as you watch the natural pool around you.
Dragonflies, kingfishers and newts share the organic pool, surrounded by woodland in a little hay meadow on a hill.
Plunge into wild water or take a cold shower under the clouds after a toasty sauna and leave feeling soothed and calm.
Book a privates sauna session for up to five people.
Choose to come for an hour and 20 minutes or indulge in a whole day from 11- 3.20 to completely unfurl.
What to expect:
Arrive and change in our timber framed changing room, walk over to the toasty sauna and daydream as you watch light dance on the water. Sink into the cool pool or stand under the rain shower to cool off. Repeat…then make yourself a cup of tea as you get bundled up in warm clothes to head home. If you’re staying for the whole day pick up a delicious picnic from Coffi a Bara or Medina x
What to bring:
Your swimming costume (optional)
Two towels (one to sit on and one to dry off with)
A non metal drinking vessel - its important to stay hydrated
Warm clothes to keep you toasty when your session ends
